3PL/Distributor Licenses
Compliance
HealthLink complies with individual U.S. state requirements for third-party logistics (3PL) providers. Currently, only a limited number of states impose specific 3PL licensing requirements. In states without a designated 3PL licensing program, registration as a wholesale drug distributor or compliance with other state-level regulations may still be required.
In all states where HealthLink operates, we hold the necessary licenses or registrations, or we are appropriately registered at the federal level, in accordance with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) and FDA guidelines.
