Licensed and compliant handling environments
Storage and processing take place in environments licensed under European Tissue Bank Standards and the Medical Device Directive. Facilities include temperature-controlled zones for ambient, refrigerated and cryopreserved products. Daily checks, alarm systems and real-time monitoring ensure product safety at all times.
Tailored solutions for every tissue type
Different types of tissue require different care. Freeze-dried materials are stored uncooled for up to five years, while refrigerated tissues must remain between 1 °C and 10 °C. Cryopreserved shipments are kept at temperatures between ‑80 °C and ‑40 °C, with short-term tolerance down to ‑20 °C. Packaging, labeling and shipping methods are adapted to each product’s specific needs.
Validated packaging and expiry control
Shipments are protected by validated containers, designed for durability and temperature performance. Each label clearly indicates the expiry time based on pre-calculated ice or gel sublimation data. Optional temperature loggers provide real-time records throughout transport.
Full traceability and insight
