With this acquisition, Staci Group continues the expansion of its foothold in Europe and the United States (US). The takeover creates a company with an annual turnover of more than 450 million euros, of which 100 million euros will be contributed by Base Logistics Group. Staci is active in a wide variety of industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices & Healthcare, Automotive, Petroleum, Telecom, Retail, Hotels, Restaurants & Catering, Tourism, Food & Beverage, Bank & Insurance and the public sector. The newly formed group comprises a network of 60 warehouses in Europe and the United States, with a total surface area of approximately 660,000 sqm and 2,500 employees.
