Terms and conditions

The Dutch Forwarding (FENEX) Conditions shall apply to all forwarding activities – including the performance of any customs formalities. Contracts of international carriage of goods by road are governed by the CMR convention and supplementarily, to the extent permissible by law, by the General Conditions of Transport (AVC 2002). Domestic carriage shall be performed subject to the AVC 2002. Contracted storage and ancillary services shall be exclusively subject to the FENEX Terms and Conditions for Value Added Logistics. All conditions, latest versions to apply, shall be supplied upon first request, are available via the Rotterdam court registry and can be downloaded via this page.

Voorwaarden

Op al onze expeditiewerkzaamheden, inclusief het verrichten van alle douaneformaliteiten zijn de Nederlandse Expeditievoorwaarden (FENEX) van toepassing. Op internationaal vervoer over de weg zijn de CMR verdragsbepalingen van toepassing en aanvullend, voor zover rechtens toegestaan, de Algemene Vervoercondities (AVC 2002). Nationaal vervoer geschiedt onder toepassing van de AVC 2002. Overeengekomen opslag en aanverwante werkzaamheden zijn uitsluitend onderworpen aan de FENEX Voorwaarden voor Logistieke Activiteiten. Genoemde condities, waarvan de meest recente versies van toepassing zijn, zijn gedeponeerd ter griffie van de Arrondissementsrechtbank te Rotterdam en kunnen gedownload worden vanaf deze pagina.
